Terms of Service

Welcome to FlexWOD. By creating an account or using the FlexWOD app or website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use FlexWOD

You must be at least 16 years old and physically capable of exercise. You are responsible for anything that happens under your account. Do not share your login.

2. AI-generated programming

FlexWOD uses AI to generate workouts, recommendations, and coaching cues. This programming is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a certified coach, physical therapist, or physician. See our Fitness & Medical Disclaimer. You assume all risk of injury from following any workout suggested by the Service.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or sexually explicit.
  • Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
  • Do not use the Service to build a competing product.
  • Do not impersonate other people or misrepresent your identity in partner/social features.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of workouts, photos, and results you upload. You grant FlexWOD a non-exclusive license to store, display, and process that content to run the Service — including running AI models on gym photos and imported workouts on your behalf. Photos you share to other athletes are visible to them per the sharing controls in the app.

5. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that abuse the AI, rate limits, or other athletes.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or appropriate for your body, goals, or gym equipment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexWOD and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including injury sustained while following AI-generated workouts. Our total liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount you paid FlexWOD in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
